Hey everybody!
I haven't done a Sunday Superthought in WAY too long! I asked Mere if she had a favorite quote I could think on, then talk about. She gave me this one, and it's a good one.
In the midst of winter, I found there was, within me, an invincible summer. - Albert Camus
Most quotes I use are things that I can apply directly to my life. Today, however, is the opposite. I think you can apply this to your life by saying that when things are bad/dark/dreary you maintain a positive/hopeful/sunny outlook on life. Is that true for you?
It's not for me! I find that when things are looking rough, I tend to get caught up in the negativity/gloom/darkness and let it consume me. I revel/dwell in it.
Maybe I needed to hear this today because it's something I need to work on. When things aren't going my way, I can muster up the gumption to look sadness in the face and say, "you're not going to affect me today."
That's a pretty nice thought. Wish me luck!

Talk to you soon,
Dale
