Sweet 16 Surprise Party!

Hey everybody,

I don't remember much from my 16th birthday, but if it was anything like this one, I'd hold on to every last amazing detail. J Bailey Occasions (our great friend Jenessa Bailey) coordinated this fabulous Ft Smith sweet 16 surprise birthday party, and we were honored to be a part of it.
