Sloane + Zach Hocker: Reception at Chancellor Hotel

Hey everybody!

Yesterday I left off with the helicopter sendoff from Sassafras Springs Vineyard to the Chancellor Hotel.  Here we are mid-flight and you can see Chancellor and Fayetteville from up in the sky.  So freaking cool!

As they got out we they shared a windy kiss. By the way, can I just say that this couple needs zero photoshop - this is straight out of the camera (with the exception of adding my logo)

The to the first dance. They were on the dance floor pretty much all night!

Perfect.

Sloane's daddy/daughter dance was beautifully emotional. Gets me every time.

The bride and her girls surprised the 500+ guests at the reception with this choreographed dance (SO good!)

Backroad Anthem killed it all night, and since Shay Mooney was there (from Dan + Shay) and knows the band, he hopped on stage and entertained us with a few songs. He's got such an unbelievable voice. And hair.

Errrrrbody was gettin' down.

This moment was so sweet. I have one just after this of Sloane wiping tears from Zach's eyes, but this hug is the most precious thing.

Paige = easily the coolest maid of honor. So fun, so sweet, so cute. The hair in this is too much. I love it.

One of my favorite moments of the night was when Zach got up on stage and gave a poignant speech about appreciating life and relationships. Zach was friends with Craig Strickland (front man for Backroad Anthem), who went to be with Jesus recently. It was such a sweet tribute and his heartfelt message made that night that much richer. Class act, Zach.

Get ready.  This sequence of the bouquet toss almost got its own blog post because it is SO.STINKIN.FUNNY. Paige caught the bouquet, but wait...

Somebody wanted it more.

Paige's reaction is the best.

Hard fought. (she ended up giving it back)

And then Paige joined her girl on the dance floor and showed us how to move. All's well that ends well, I say.

Everyone... I've got another post for you tomorrow that I don't want you to miss!  So much pretty at this wedding!

Talk to you soon,
Dale
