Hey everybody!

It has been so fun walking down memory lane with y'all! So far I've shared highlights of the first 7 and a half weddings of 2016 with you. They've had some incredible wedding details, so if you missed that post, just scroll down and catch up and be inspired!

Today's post will hopefully be equally inspiring! Let's get started!

Beautiful details for a Southern wedding at Marlsgate Plantation:

Then I was back in Fayetteville for a wedding. Claire and Mike were married in Fayetteville with the reception at the Fayetteville Country Club. Here are some of their details:

Claire is such a stunning bride. I shot some of her bridal portraits at Pratt Place Cottage:

I love these moments during wedding receptions:

Their reception at Fayetteville Country Club was just perfect, with help from the team at Bates-Reed Events.

The next weekend I was in Fayetteville again for Michelle and Chase's wedding and reception at Fayetteville Town Center. Here are some of their details. Pretty and dreamy.

This bride was the epitome of beauty and grace.

Leaving the wedding to streamer wands is such a great photo opportunity!

While the Alys Beach wedding in the other post was one of my favorite wedding venues of the year, I think this one might top it! I'm a California boy at heart, I think, because of that amazing California light. I photographed Morgan and Jon's California wedding at Woodland Hills Country Club and became obsessed.

The Woodland Hills Country Club outside L.A. is a dream venue. It literally reminds me of Tuscany Italy. These details might show you why I loved this L.A. California wedding venue so much!

I spy Kris Allen (American Idol winner) performing the ceremony at Woodland Hills Country Club. He is a personal friend of the bride and groom, and became a friend of mine during the weekend!

Here's one last image from the wedding at Woodland Hills. This is pretty much my signature style all in one image. I love that Benny Backlight.

My next wedding was at Crystal Bridges Museum in Bentonville, AR. This location is always an easy day because the lighting is exceptional pretty much everywhere I look. Here are Kristen and Grant's wedding details at Crystal Bridges:

And their first kiss as husband and wife at the twin bridges at Crystal Bridges:
I love their use of lights hanging outside and their edison bulbs hanging in the reception. This couple understands and loves lights just like their photographer does. :)

And then finally, the wedding I just debuted on the blog recently: Caitlin and Brian's wedding and reception at the Living Arts of Tulsa.

Such cool Tulsa wedding venue and cool couple.

I love this fun reception dance picture:

And once again, let's end on a bride and groom getaway:

Once again, I'm so thankful for all the places 2016 has taken me this year. Weddings in L.A. California, 30A Florida, Tulsa, Dallas, etc. Upcoming this year, I've got an Aspen wedding, an Alaska wedding, and other fun spots! Come along with me!

Talk to you soon,
Dale
