Hey everybody!
We place conditions on a lot of things. This week, I was betrayed by a friend of mine. It hurt really badly, but I forgave them. However, in my forgiveness, which was done out of love and grace, I put a condition on it, which was done out of selfishness. When we forgive like the Lord forgives, it needs to be COMPLETELY out of love and grace. Selfishness should have no part in it. I apologized to my friend for this conditional forgiveness and was able to forgive them completely. In all things, the Lord is trying to draw us closer to Him. In all our struggles, He uses it to teach us something. Remember to stop and ask yourself what God is trying to show you and teach you.
