8 Straight Years of Blogging Every Day? That Can't Be Right. But it is.
Tomorrow (which I've already done the post for and scheduled) marks 8 years of blogging every single day. How can that be?
Literally every single day. 3286 posts since I started this blog, and 2822 consecutive days of blogging... well, that's longer than any book I've ever read. And there are some of you who have read every page I've ever written. Probably not many. Haha!
5.1 million hits. I just am astounded. And grateful. I started this streak as a challenge to myself, but then kept it going because of you reading it day after day. There's obviously not a day that goes by that I don't think about this blog and you who reads it. There's not a day that I'm not thankful.
This blog has showcased hundreds of weddings, and documented so much of my personal life. It's been my daily journal for most of my adult life. It's crazy to think of it in those terms.
Today, I thank you with all my heart for reading my words day after day. And now the sad news: I'm taking it off my daily to-do list now. But I promise to continue to blog all the time, keeping you up to date on my life and my work.
