Italian Rehearsal Dinner for Emily and Ford

Hey everybody!

I've been on the road for some very insane shoots lately.  Last week, I made the trip across the Atlantic to Florence, Italy to celebrate and shoot Emily and Ford's wedding week.  Wedding weeks should be my new specialty because I ADORE getting to know the wedding party and families so well. My last few destination weddings... I've left feeling like a part of the family!

Emily and Ford's BREATHTAKING rehearsal dinner was at the Palazzo Capponi. The room was covered floor to ceiling with amazing art. I was in awe that I got to photograph such a stunning room steeped with such history. This Italian rehearsal dinner was magically lit and the evening was just as charming.  The speeches given by friends and family had me teary no less than three times. Here are some of my favorite shots from the evening...







And what's a day of shooting without some killer portraits? I didn't want to waste this time/outfit without shooting some portraits with these two!
