Hey everybody!
"The cobbler's children go unshod." Yes, it's true... I didn't print my wedding album until our 2nd anniversary. While it's not the same as making my kids walk around barefoot, or more appropriately, without any pictures of themselves, I must say I too got caught up in life and didn't get my album done in a timely fashion.
Like I encourage my brides to do.
But I've got it now! I whole-heartedly believe that it is our wedding album that we will show Cece when she gets older and asks about her mom and dad. And I believe it will be our wedding album that she will show her kids someday. I don't know why I waited so long! (maybe, to prove it can be done after children)
One of my photo buddies, Kathleen Trenske, wrote an article about the importance of professional wedding photography and albums recently, and it was published on the Huffington Post (I'm so proud of her!)

If you're a bride, take her words to heart. She makes some great points... ones that I've been wanting to share myself for some time, and she's perfectly articulate.
I'm happy to practice what I preach. I believe in the value and investment of a professional wedding album that will become a family heirloom. I think Cece's kids will agree.
